Psychotherapy was personal before it became professional
After returning to Pakistan, I entered therapy for myself. It was the first time I understood how the mind responds to experience, how relationships shape us, and how a safe space can open room for change.
That experience led me to formal training and years of practice. Over time, I noticed the importance of a frame that is dependable. One where honesty is consistently possible and growth can happen at a steady pace.
I learned to value attention over judgment, curiosity over conclusions, and the courage to sit with what is not yet known.
