PSYCHOTHERAPY IN LAHORE · RELATIONAL, PSYCHODYNAMIC, IFS-INFORMED
Therapy is a quiet space to slow down and make sense of what feels heavy. Together, we look at anxiety, shame, relationship struggles, trauma, and the parts of you that learned to hide. You do not have to have the right words. We will take this one step at a time, with care and respect.

The essence of therapeutic work is to feel the pain, and be held by it

A QUIETER THRESHOLD
Therapy does not begin with a perfect explanation
Often it begins with an unsettled feeling, a pattern that keeps returning, or a part of you that is tired of carrying things alone.
The work is to create enough steadiness that pain can be felt without becoming the whole room.
Slow enough to feel, steady enough to stay

Something keeps repeating, and maybe you are trying to understand what it is protecting
YOU MIGHT BE HERE BECAUSE
Symptoms rarely arrive with a neat explanation. Sometimes it's a pattern, a body signal, a relationship difficulty, or the feeling that something is not okay, but also not easy to name.
ANXIETY
You feel anxious in your body
Panic, tightness, heaviness, racing thoughts, or a sense that something is unsafe even when you cannot fully explain why.
RELATIONSHIPS
The same relationship pattern keeps repeating
You may want closeness and also fear it, struggle to trust, shut down, or feel caught between longing and protection.
SHAME
You feel guilty when you set a boundary
A part of you may know what you need, while another part fears hurting, disappointing, or being rejected by someone else.
ANGER / SHUTDOWN
You get angry, numb or shutdown before you know why
The reaction may be trying to protect something more vulnerable from shame, helplessness, humiliation, or overwhelm.
TRAUMA / BODY
Something from the past still speaks through the body
You may feel frozen, alert, unsafe, or suddenly small, immobile, even when the present moment does not fully explain the intensity.
LOW MOOD / GRIEF
You feel heavy, empty, or not quite yourself
There may be sadness, loss, exhaustion, loneliness, or an inner critic that makes it hard to grieve and feel worthy of care.
These are not labels or diagnoses.
They are common human experiences that we can explore together with care.
WAYS INTO THE WORK
Three strands of the practice
Our work may move between relationship patterns, protective parts, and the images or meanings your psyche keeps bringing forward
Psychodynamic & Relational Therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Parts Work
Dreams & Symbolic Life
We may look at how earlier relationships and attachment histories still shape how you feel, protect yourself, and connect now
We listen for the parts of you that feel anxious, angry, ashamed, numb, protective, or stuck, without forcing them to change too quickly.
Dreams, symbols, and images can become doorways into what the psyche is trying to show, carry or repair.
